이번 교육은 적극행정의 중요성과 실천 방안에 대한 이해를 높이고, 공직자 개개인의 업무 역량을 강화해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 능동적인 행정을 구현하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 정승호 강사(재미있는 교육컨설팅 대표)는 ‘적극행정의 이해와 실천­적극행정은 실현 가능한가?’라는 주제로 체계적이고 심도 있는 강의를 진행했다.

특히 교육 내용에는 행정 현장에서 마주치는 규제와 소극행정의 벽을 극복하기 위한 실질적인 방안과 군민이 만족하는 양질의 행정 서비스를 펼치기 위한 규제개혁의 필요성 등이 포함됐다.

이번 교육을 통해 각종 규제와 시행착오 속에서도 창의적이고 능동적으로 문제를 해결하는 방법을 모색할 수 있는 능력을 배양할 것으로 기대된다.

조병옥 군수는 “적극행정이 군정 혁신의 핵심임을 다시 한번 확인한 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 공직자 모두가 군민의 입장에서 고민하고 실천하는 행정문화를 만들어갈 수 있도록 아낌없는 지원을 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
