합동 교외 학생생활지도는 충청북도교육청의 각 부서와 10개 시‧군 교육지원청이 대학수학능력시험 당일 각 경찰서 및 유관기관이 협력하여 청소년 우범 지대 및 유해업소 밀집 지역을 중심으로 ▲학교폭력예방 ▲학생 일탈 행위 예방 ▲유해업소 출입 및 범죄 예방 ▲사이버도박 예방 활동 등을 집중적으로 실시했다.

또한, 학생 안전사고 발생과 학교폭력 발견 시 즉각적인 사안 보고 및 처리를 통한 대책 마련도 강화했다.

추후 충북교육청은 수능 이후부터 연말까지 학생생활지도 특별기간을 운영할 예정이며, 고등학교는 학교 주변 및 취약지역 특별 교외 학생생활지도를 강화할 예정이다.

윤건영 교육감은 “수능이 끝난 이후에는 잠시 긴장을 풀 수 있는 시간이지만, 그만큼 학생 안전과 청소년 보호에 대한 사회적 관심이 필요한 때이다.”라며, “지속적인 교외 학생생활지도로 수능 종료 후 들떠 있는 학생들을 보호하고 지도해 불미스러운 사고가 일어나지 않도록 사전에 철저히 예방하겠다.”라고 말했다.
