【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시보건소는 14일 시청 10층 중회의실에서 세계당뇨병의 날(11월 14일)을 기념해 시민 120명을 대상으로 당뇨병 바로 알기 강좌를 열었다.

이번 강좌는 11월 한 달간 운영 중인 ‘3고(go) 당뇨캠페인’『당을 알고(go), 실천하고(go), 건강지키고(go)』 프로그램의 일환으로 마련됐다.

당뇨병 예방, 조기 발견, 지속 관리의 중요성을 알리고 생활 속 혈당관리 실천 문화를 확산하기 위한 교육형 프로그램이다.

강의는 원주세브란스기독병원 내분비대사내과 정춘희 교수가 맡아 당뇨병의 원인과 예방, 치료 및 관리 방법을 알기 쉽게 전달했다.

참석자들은 강의 후 이어진 질의응답 시간에서 높은 관심을 보이며 적극적으로 소통했다.

특히 행사에 앞서 혈압·혈당·콜레스테롤 측정과 건강상담 부스가 함께 운영되어, 참석자들이 자신의 건강 상태를 점검하고 생활 습관 개선을 위한 맞춤형 상담도 활발히 진행됐다.
