【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 11일, 아모르아트컨벤션에서 다채움 정책 추진 성과를 공유하고 발전 방향을 모색하기 위한 2025. 모두의 다채움 정책 성과공유회를 성황리에 개최했다.

모두의 다채움은 실력다짐 충북교육 핵심 정책 중 하나로서 올 하반기에 고도화된 다채움 2.0을 개통하고 학교 현장의 다채움 활용 교육 활성화를 중점 지원하고 있다.

이번 행사는 도내 교원, 학생, 학부모, 외부 기관 관계자 등 약 160명이 참석한 가운데 ▲다채움 활성화 사업 추진 경과보고 ▲다채움 효과성 분석 정책 연구 최종 보고 ▲다채움 활용 교육 유공 교원/학교 격려 ▲현장 우수사례 발표 및 발전 방안 토의 순으로 진행되었다.

1부에서는 한국교원대학교 연구팀(연구책임자: 한국교원대학교 인공지능융합교육전공 김귀훈 교수)에서 지난 6개월간 수행한 <다채움 학습자 경험과 성장 관점에서의 효과성 분석 및 발전 방안 연구> 결과를 발표하였다.

학습자의 경험과 성장 특성을 분석하여 4가지의 다채움 활용 유형(자기 주도형, 다차원 진단‧성장형, 융합독서탐구형, 협력창작형)을 도출하고 각 유형별 모델과 사례, 효과성 지표를 제시하였으며 이를 바탕으로 향후 다채움의 발전 및 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

이어, 2부에서는 지난 2년간 성공적으로 다채움 활용 교육 연구학교를 운영해 온 4개 학교에 대한 감사패 수여를 시작으로 다채움 활용 교육 유공 교원 15명과 학교 5교에 대한 교육감 표창장 수여, 연구대회 입상자 6명에 대한 상장 수여를 통해 현장의 노력과 성취에 대해 함께 격려하는 시간을 가졌다.

이후 현장 우수사례 나눔 시간에는 다채움 콘텐츠 크리에이터 활동 사례(옥동초 교사 서범석), 다채움 활용 수업 연구 사례(감물초 교사 신주이), 다채움 선도학교 운영 사례(흥덕고 교사 김보겸) 발표와 모두의 다채움 정책 발전 방안 토의가 이어졌다.

콘텐츠 크리에이터 활동 사례를 발표한 서 교사는 “다채움 크리에이터 활동은 교사가 가장 잘할 수 있는 수업을 영상이라는 형태로 기록하고 공유하는 일이며, 이를 통해 교사의 수업 역량을 높이고 학생의 학습 경험 확장을 도울 수 있기에 큰 자부심을 느낀다.”라고 소감을 밝혔다.

이혜원 미래교육추진단장은 “현장에서 다채움을 운영하며 교육의 새로운 가능성을 열어가는 선생님들의 노고에 깊이 감사드린다.”라며, “다채움이 미래와 현재를 이어주고, 학생과 교사, 학부모를 이어주며, 배움의 과정과 학생의 성장을 촘촘히 연결해 주는 모두의 성장 디딤돌이 될 수 있도록 앞으로도 변함없는 관심과 격려를 부탁드린다.”라고 말했다.

Chungbuk Provincial Office of Education Hosts '25. Everyone's Diversity Policy Results Sharing Meeting

On the 11th, the Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Office of Education successfully held the '2025. Everyone's Diversity Policy Results Sharing Meeting' at the Amor Art Convention to share the progress of the Diversity Policy implementation and explore future directions.

"Everyone's Diversity" is one of the core policies of Chungbuk education, and the advanced version of "Dversity 2.0" will be launched in the second half of this year. The event, attended by approximately 160 provincial teachers, students, parents, and external organizations, included a progress report on the Diversity Activation Project, a final report on the policy study analyzing the effectiveness of Diversity, commendations for teachers and schools who have contributed to Diversity-based education, and presentations of best practices and discussions on future development plans. In Part 1, the Korea National University of Education research team (Principal Investigator: Professor Kim Gwi-hoon, Department of Artificial Intelligence Convergence Education, Korea National University of Education) presented the results of a six-month study titled "Analysis of the Effectiveness of Dachaeum Learner Experience and Growth and Development Plans."

By analyzing learner experiences and growth characteristics, the team identified four types of Dachaeum utilization (self-directed, multidimensional diagnostic and growth, convergent reading exploration, and collaborative creation). Models, case studies, and effectiveness indicators for each type were presented. Based on these findings, the team proposed future development and revitalization plans for Dachaeum.

Part 2 began with the presentation of plaques of appreciation to four schools that have successfully operated Dachaeum-based education research schools over the past two years. The presentations included Superintendent's Commendations to 15 teachers and five schools for their contributions to Dachaeum education, and awards to six research competition winners. This was a time to commend the efforts and achievements of the field. The following session featured presentations on best practices from the field, including presentations on the activities of Dachaeum content creators (by Seo Beom-seok, a teacher at Okdong Elementary School), research on Dachaeum-based classes (by Shin Ju-i, a teacher at Gamul Elementary School), and the operation of Dachaeum leading schools (by Kim Bo-gyeom, a teacher at Heungdeok High School). The presentations also included discussions on how to develop Dachaeum policies for all.

Teacher Seo, who presented on the activities of content creators, shared her thoughts, saying, "Dachaeum creator activities involve recording and sharing the lessons teachers excel at in video form. This helps teachers enhance their teaching skills and expand students' learning experiences, which gives me great pride."

Lee Hye-won, Director of the Future Education Promotion Team, expressed her deep gratitude, saying, "I am deeply grateful for the hard work of teachers who are operating Dachaeum in the field and opening up new possibilities for education."
