【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 인공지능(AI)을 행정 현장에 접목해 업무 효율을 높이는 ‘AI 행정 혁신’에 박차를 가하고 있다.

군은 지난 4월 28일부터 29일까지 이틀간 음성읍 정보화교육장에서 소속 공무원 103명을 대상으로 클라우드 기반 AI 비서 플랫폼인 ‘상상On(Works AI)’ 사용자 실습 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다. 이번 교육은 실습 효과를 높이기 위해 회차당 26명씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 집중적으로 진행됐다.

이번 교육은 음성군이 도입한 AI 업무 플랫폼 ‘상상On’의 실무 활용 능력을 극대화하기 위해 마련됐다. 주요 내용은 ▲AI 모델별 특성 이해 및 최적 모델 선택법 ▲프롬프트 엔지니어링 기초 실습 ▲데이터 분석 및 시각화 ▲개인정보 보호 및 보안 주의사항 등 실무에 즉시 적용 가능한 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다.

특히 교육생들은 GPT, Claude, Gemini 등 플랫폼에 탑재된 다양한 AI 모델의 장단점을 파악하고, 국가법령정보 및 국가통계포털 데이터를 기반으로 한 ‘AI 에이전트’ 활용법을 직접 실습하며 행정 현장 적용 가능성을 확인했다.

음성군은 2025년 클라우드 기반 AI 플랫폼을 선제적으로 도입한 이후 지속적으로 인프라를 확장해 왔다. 현재 이러한 공공 부문 AI 플랫폼 활용은 충청북도청을 비롯해 도내 여러 시군으로 확산되는 추세다.

고영수 홍보실장은 “단순히 AI 도구를 도입하는 것에 그치지 않고, 모든 직원이 실제 업무 현장에서 AI를 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 역량을 갖추는 것이 목표”라며 “하반기에는 수준별 심화 교육을 추가로 추진해 음성군의 스마트 행정 경쟁력을 한층 더 높이겠다”고 말했다.
