동이면 지역사회보장협의체(공동위원장 김두용·이문순)는 충북사회복지공동모금회 연합모금사업을 통해 관내 경로당 31개소를 대상으로 빵과 과일 등이 담긴 ‘효(孝) 꾸러미’를 전달했다.

협의체 위원들과 동이면 맞춤형복지팀은 각 경로당을 일일이 방문해 물품을 전달하고, 어르신들의 건강 상태와 안부를 세심히 살피며 담소를 나누는 시간을 가졌다. 이문순 민간위원장은 “어르신들께 작은 정성으로나마 보답할 수 있어 뜻깊다”며 “소중한 성금이 의미 있는 곳에 쓰이도록 계속 노력하겠다”고 소회를 밝혔다.
