충청북도교육청은 8월 10일부터 12일까지 무주드림연수원에서 도내 중·고등학교 교사 54명이 참여하는 ‘교육과정-수업-평가-기록 디자인 전문가 연수’를 진행한다. 이번 연수는 교육과정과 수업, 평가, 기록을 단일한 흐름으로 유기적으로 잇는 능력을 키우고자 기획됐으며, 연수의 집중도를 높이기 위해 여름방학 기간을 활용한 2박 3일 합숙 형태로 펼쳐진다.

연수 첫날에는 인하대학교 조현영 교수의 기조 특강이 열려 교육과정·수업·평가·기록 일체화를 통한 수업 혁신 및 미래 학생평가 환경 변화 대응 방안이 소개됐다. 이후 연수생들은 국어, 영어, 수학, 사회, 역사, 과학 등 교과별 분과로 나뉘어 토의·토론 및 실습에 들어갔다. 주요 내용으로는 성취평가제 기반 평가 문항 및 기준 개발, 백워드 설계 기반 질문 중심 수업, 최소 성취수준 보장지도, 학생 성장 중심의 교과 세부능력 및 특기사항 기록과 피드백 등이 다뤄진다.
