이번 사업은 저출산과 고령화 심화로 인해 갈수록 심각해지는 혈액 수급 난을 해소하고 안정적인 혈액 공급망을 확보하기 위해 기획됐다.

보건소는 일회성 참여에 그치지 않고 정기적인 헌혈 문화를 정착시키기 위해 2026년 한 해 동안 3회 이상 헌혈에 참여한 주민을 대상으로 2만 원 상당의 상품권을 지급할 예정이다.

신청은 오는 11월 1일부터 30일까지 한 달간 진행된다. 참여를 희망하는 주민은 신청서와 주민등록등본, 올해 발급받은 헌혈증 사본 3매를 준비해 음성군보건소나 거주지 관할 읍·면 보건지소를 방문하여 제출하면 된다.
