증평군은 군청 대회의실에서 제2161부대 2대대, 괴산경찰서, 증평소방서 등 관내 주요 안보·안전 기관장과 통합방위협의회 위원들이 참석한 가운데 '2026년 3분기 증평군 통합방위협의회'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 회의는 2026년도 을지연습의 전반적인 추진 계획을 공유하고 국가 비상사태나 대형 재난 발생 시 기관별 역할과 대응 방안을 구체화하기 위해 마련됐다. 참석자들은 급변하는 안보 환경과 다양해지는 재난 위협에 맞서 실전과 다름없는 훈련과 평시 공조 체계 유지가 필수적이라는 점에 뜻을 모았다.
