'마음쉼! 상담실'에서는 전문 심리상담사가 상주하며 우울감, 불안, 대인관계 갈등, 진로 및 일상 고민 등 청·장년층이 직면한 다채로운 정신적 스트레스에 대한 전문 상담을 진행한다. 특히 상담 결과에 따라 스트레스 지수 측정은 물론 정신건강의학과 전문의 진료 연계와 지속적인 사후관리까지 아우르는 체계적인 원스톱 마음건강 관리 체계를 다질 방침이다.
