이번 사업 완료 지역은 도곡방학지구 1천275필지, 봉양미당지구 1천620필지 등 총 2개 지구 2천895필지다.

해당 구역은 과거 농촌 개발과 토지 분할 과정에서 지적도와 실제 토지 이용 현황이 들어맞지 않아 주민들이 재산권을 행사하는 데 불편을 겪어온 지적불부합 지역이었다.

제천시는 주민설명회를 열어 의견을 수렴하고, 지상 구조물이 있는 곳은 실제 현황을 우선 적용했다. 구조물이 없는 곳은 권리면적과 사회적 타당성을 고려해 인접 토지 소유자 간 합의를 거치는 등 현장 여건에 맞춘 경계 조정을 진행했다.
