Okcheon County Opens Ticket Sales for Theater Festival… Preparing to Welcome Audiences with a Rich Variety of Indoor and Outdoor Performances

Okcheon County and the Okcheon National Theater Festival Organizing Committee have begun advance ticket sales for major designated indoor performances to ensure smooth operation and audience convenience for the 3rd Okcheon National Theater Festival, which kicks off on October 1st. To provide a more comfortable and stable viewing environment for the audience, advance reservations will be operated exclusively for major indoor stage productions.

Advance reservations are available for a total of 7 productions across 8 performances, featuring a diverse lineup of representative domestic invited works, productions by local theater companies, and traditional plays. Major productions include *Prima Donna*, *Ongals*, *Diary of an Angel in Berlin*, *The Enemy's Makeup*, *Swan Song*, *The Strongest Couple*, and *Orientation on the Cliff*. Entry is permitted only to audience members who have completed their reservations. As popular productions are expected to sell out quickly, it is advisable for those wishing to attend to check the reservation schedule in advance.

On the other hand, outdoor stage performances and accompanying events, excluding the designated indoor performances, can be freely viewed by anyone on-site without a separate reservation. On the outdoor stage, a diverse range of works will be presented, including eight puppet shows such as *Dr. Kkalkkal's Dream* and *Hansel and Gretel in Fantasy*, as well as non-verbal performances and musicals. In addition, outdoor live concerts featuring famous musicians like Lee Eun-mi, Park Jung-hyun, and Kim Jong-seo will be held over two days to further heighten the festive atmosphere.

An official from the Okcheon County Theater Festival stated that the Okcheon National Theater Festival, which has been widely loved every year, is returning this year with an even richer and more diverse lineup of productions. They urged the public to check the reservation schedule in advance to avoid missing their desired performances, as major popular shows requiring advance booking may sell out quickly, and requested widespread interest and participation.
