현장에서 최동하 청주교육교육장은 인터뷰를 통해 "이번 협약으로 대학의 수준 높은 교육 자원과 축적된 전문성을 관내 학교 교육 과정에 실질적으로 연계할 수 있는 발판이 마련됐다"고 평가했다. 이어 최 교육장은 "지역 청소년들이 지역의 미래 핵심 산업을 한층 깊이 이해하고 스스로의 미래를 명확히 그려나갈 수 있도록, 충북대학교와 긴밀히 협력하여 차별화된 진로교육 프로그램을 꾸준히 넓혀가겠다"고 밝혔다.
