이번 대회에는 아래한글(ITQ), 로봇코딩, 소프트웨어(SW)코딩의 3개 종목과 e스포츠대회 종목인 오델로, 클래시로얄, 모두의 마블, 마구마구 리마스터, 키넥트 스포츠 육상, 펜타스톰의 5개 종목으로 총 9개 종목이 운영됐다.
대회에는 도내 9개 특수학교와 13개 일반학교에서 학생 42명이 출전했다.
이 대회에서 우승한 학생은 9월 7일~8일 온・오프라인으로 열리는 2021. 전국 장애학생 e페스티벌 출전을 위한 충청북도 대표로 선발된다.
