진천군보건소, 건강 취약계층 방문건강교실 운영

【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군보건소(소장 김민기)는 겨울철 건강 취약계층의 일상 속 안전을 확보하고 자가 건강관리 역량 강화를 위한 방문건강교실을 운영한다고 19일 밝혔다.

 

  방문건강관리 전담인력은 방문건강관리사업 대상 2800가구와 지역주민의 계절별 방문건강관리를 목표로 계절별, 월별 건강관리 주제를 다르게 해 건강교실을 운영할 계획이다.

  

  이에 따라 가정방문과 전화상담을 통한 안부확인을 기본으로 지난해 12월부터 한파 대비 집중관리를 위해 관내 50개 경로당을 방문해 기본건강관리, 만성질환관리를 비롯한 한랭질환 예방과 건강관리 수칙을 교육하고 있다. 

 

  특히 방문건강관리대상 300명의 독거어르신들에게 기모양말과 보습크림과 같은 방한용품과 영양제를 배부해 일상 속에서 스스로 건강을 챙겨 기온 변화에 대응한 적정수준의 자가 관리 수준유지에 도움을 주고 있다.

 

  군 관계자는 “기후변화에 따른 계절별 질병과 재난에 대비하고 다양한 건강관리 서비스 제공방안을 모색해 일상 속 안전에 대한 자가 건강관리가 이뤄질 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다” 고 말했다.
