‘치아튼튼교실’은 구강건강의 중요성에 대한 인식을 높이고 연령별 눈높이에 맞는 구강보건교육 및 체험을 통해 올바른 구강습관 형성을 도모 하는 프로그램이다. 

특히, 부모와 자녀가 함께 구강건강 활동을 실천함으로써 온 가족의 건강한 구강생활을 실현하는 데에 초첨을 맞췄다.

참여대상은 지역 내 6세부터 13세 자녀를 둔 가족이며, 충주시 보건소 2층 구강보건센터에서 연중 예약제로 운영된다. 

사전 예약 후 보건소를 방문하면 무료 구강 검진 및 상담, 3D잇솔질, 위상차 현미경으로 나의 입속 세균 알아보기, 구취측정기로 구취측정하기, 불소바니쉬 도포, 불소용액 양치 체험 및 동영상 교육 등 다양한 프로그램을 체험할 수 있다.
