【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 단양군은 ‘2024 넥스트로컬 6기 지역캠프’를 지난 18일 개최했다.

군은 서울시와 연계해 운영하는 지역연계형 청년창업 지원사업인 넥스트로컬 6기 지역캠프를 군청 4층 대회의실에서 열었다고 밝혔다

이 사업은 서울의 청년창업가들이 지역연계형 비즈니스를 만들어 갈 수 있도록 지역과 협업해 창업교육, 전문가 컨설팅, 지역 네트워킹 등을 제공하는 서울시 청년창업 지원 프로그램이다.

지난 4일 넥스트로컬 6기 발대식에 이어 단양군을 선택한 서울 청년 5팀(8명)은 김문근 단양군수와 지역의 전문가로 구성된 지역파트너 7명과 함께 이번 캠프에 참여했다.

서울 청년팀은 캠프에서 단양지역을 보다 깊이 있게 이해하고 창업 아이템 특성을 고려한 맞춤 네트워크를 구성하는 등 정보공유의 시간을 가졌다.

또 각 분야 전문가로 구성된 지역파트너는 창업팀의 성장을 지원해 주는 역할을 할 예정이다.

김문근 단양군수는 환영사에서 “서울 청년들의 열정과 창의력이 단양에 새로운 활력을 불어넣을 것으로 기대한다”며 “이들이 지역 내 다양한 자원을 활용해 성공적인 창업을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다해 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 청년팀은 6월부터 7월까지 지역자원 조사 기간, 단양군을 거점으로 지역 청년과의 네트워킹으로 단양군의 관광, 문화, 식품 등 다양한 분야에서 지역자원을 발굴하고 리뉴얼할 예정이다.

군 관계자는 “서울 청년들이 새로운 관점에서 단양의 숨은 가치를 발견하고 창업아이템으로 활용해 성공할 수 있도록 네트워킹, 사무공간 등을 아낌없이 지원할 예정”이라며 “군이 운영 중인 청년창업 지원사업과 청년정책들도 연계해 서울 청년들이 단양에서 창업의 첫걸음을 내디딜 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
