【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군 도시재생지원센터는 옥천군 ‘주민제안공모사업’으로 선정된 ‘자원순환정류장’을 오는 30일과 내달 6일 이틀간 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지 금구어린이공원 앞 공유냉장고에서 운영한다.

‘옥천군마을관리사회적협동조합 이음’(임수정 이사장)의 제안으로 진행되는 ‘자원순환정류장’은 투명 페트병, 종이 팩, 폐건전지를 페트병은 10개에 종량제봉투(20L) 1매, 종이 팩(우유)은 10개에 휴지 1롤, 폐건전지는 20개에 새 건전지 2개로 교환해 주는 사업이다. 

이번 행사에서는 재활용품 교환을 위해 방문하는 주민에게 페트병 뚜껑을 활용해 제작한 키링을 기념품으로 증정할 계획이며, 재활용 자원의 분리배출 방법, 다회용기 사용 활성화를 위한 친환경 캠페인 등을 함께 진행한다.

군은 이번 행사로 일상생활에서 쉽게 사용하는 일회용품의 사용을 줄이고 주민이 재활용품의 올바른 분리배출 방법을 익힐 수 있는 바람직한 시간이 되길 바란다고 전했다.
