【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자= 진천군립 생거판화미술관 특별전 연계 행사로 윤여걸 선생의 40년 화업에 관한 이야기를 들어보는 작가와의 대화가 10월 5일 오후 2시 생거판화미술관 전시동에서 개최된다. 

  판화가 윤여걸은 홍익대학교 미술대학에서 동양화를 전공하고 이후 독일국립대학 브라운슈바이크에서 회화와 판화를 수학했다. 

  이후 상명대학교, 숙명대학교, 청강문화산업대, 호서대학교 등에서 판화와 애니메이션 겸임교수와 초빙교수로 역임했으며 현재는 충북 청주시 오창읍에서 판화작업에 몰두하고 있다.

  이번 행사는 누구나 참여 가능하며, 작가와의 대화는 대담형식으로 평론가 김진하가 함께 한다.

  아울러 윤여걸 작가의 특별전은 생거판화 미술관에서 1부와 2부로 나눠 진행되고 있으며, 1부는 10월 6일에 종료되고, 전시작품 교체 후 10월 8일부터 12월 8일까지 2부 전시가 운영된다.

  관람은 휴관일인 월요일, 추석․설 명절 당일을 제외한 평일 및 주말에 가능하며, 전시는 진천종박물관에서 통합관람권 구매 후 관람할 수 있다.

  군 관계자는 “축제장에 게릴라 쌈지 숲을 조성하면서 군민뿐만 아니라 방문객에게 볼거리를 선사할 수 있어 기쁘고, 앞으로 계절별 특색있는 경관을 연출할 수 있게 하겠다”라고 말했다.

Jincheon Saenggeo Print Art Museum, Special Exhibition ‘Yoon Yeo-geol Woodcuts, Suspicious Forest’ Exhibition

A conversation with the artist, who will hear about Yoon Yeo-geol’s 40 years of painting, will be held at the Saenggeo Print Art Museum Exhibition Hall on October 5th at 2 PM as a related event to the Jincheon County Saenggeo Print Art Museum Special Exhibition.

Print artist Yoon Yeo-geol majored in Oriental painting at Hongik University College of Fine Arts and later studied painting and printmaking at the German National University of Braunschweig.

Afterwards, he served as a part-time and visiting professor of printmaking and animation at Sangmyung University, Sookmyung University, Cheonggang Cultural Industry College, and Hoseo University, and is currently focusing on printmaking in Ochang-eup, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.

This event is open to anyone, and the conversation with the artist will be held in a conversational format with critic Kim Jin-ha.

In addition, the special exhibition of artist Yun Yeo-geol is being held in two parts at the Saenggeo Print Art Museum. Part 1 ends on October 6, and after the exhibition pieces are replaced, Part 2 will be held from October 8 to December 8.

Viewing is possible on weekdays and weekends except for Mondays, which are closed days, and the Chuseok and Lunar New Year holidays. The exhibition can be viewed after purchasing a combined admission ticket at the Jincheon Bell Museum.
