  해당 서비스는 보건소, 보건지소, 보건진료소에서 진행되며, 어르신들의 건강증진을 위해 일반진료, 한의 진료, 치과 진료, 물리치료 등 다양한 진료를 제공하고 있다. 

  일반진료의 경우, 의약분업 대상 지역에서는 무료 진료와 함께 노인 약품비 지원권 1천 200원을 지급하며, 보건소와 덕산, 이월, 광혜원 3개 보건지소에서 수령이 가능하다.

  의약분업 예외 지역에서는 무료 진료와 처방 의약품이 함께 지급된다.

  한의 진료는 침 치료와 한방제제 처방 서비스를 제공하며, 치과 진료에서는 구강검진과 상담, 구강질환 예방과 초기 치료 서비스를 제공한다.

  의료 접근이 어려운 농촌지역의 어르신들에게는 직접 찾아가는 의료서비스도 운영한다.

  또한, 소아와 청소년 건강증진에 이바지하고 한의학에 대한 인식을 높이기 위해 관내 교육기관 대상으로‘학교로 찾아가는 한의학 교실’을 운영할 예정이다.
