군은 지난해 12월 기준 미분양세대수 998세대로 미분양 관리지역 지정 요건인 미분양세대수 1000세대 이상 요건에 벗어나 해제됐다고 6일 밝혔다.

미분양관리지역은 주택도시보증공사에서 미분양세대수가 1000세대 이상이면서 공동주택 재고수 대비 미분양세대수가 2% 이상인 시군구 중 △미분양 증가 △미분양 해소 저조 △미분양 우려의 조건이 1개 이상 충족될 때 지정된다.

미분양 관리지역에서 제외되면 주택도시보증공사에 분양보증을 받을 때 사전심사를 거치지 않아도 된다.
