【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시는 미세먼지 줄이기 등 대기질 개선을 위해 10일부터 2025년 전기차 구매 지원사업을 시행한다.

올해 사업비는 396억9천400만원(국비 54%, 도비 16%, 시비30%)으로, 승용차 4천303대, 화물차 799대로 총 5천108대를 지원한다. 

수요가 집중되는 상반기에 2천653대를 우선 보급하고, 하반기에는 계획된 2천455대와 상반기에 소진되지 않은 물량을 더해 7월부터 보급할 계획이다.

차종에 따라 전기승용차는 최대 1천160만원, 전기화물차는 최대 2천424만원을 차등 지원한다. 

취약계층, 다자녀가구, 소상공인, 생애최초 차량구매자, 노후경유차(4‧5등급차량) 폐차 후 대체 구매자 등에게 우선순위를 부여한다.

주행거리가 많은 택시는 승용 물량의 10%를 별도로 배정해 국고보조금 250만원을 추가 지원한다.

신청 자격은 신청일 기준 3개월 이전부터 청주시에 주소를 둔 18세 이상 개인 또는 신청일 당시 청주시 소재 법인이다. 재지원 제한기간(2년) 내 동일차종에 대해 1대만 구입할 수 있다.

구매 지원을 희망하는 개인‧법인 등은 전기자동차 제조‧수입사를 방문해 신청서와 계약서를 작성한 후 제조‧수입사를 통해 신청해야 하며, 차량 출고․등록 순으로 보조금이 지급된다.

보조금을 지원받은 구매자는 2년 간 의무운행기간을 준수해야 한다. 이 기간에는 다른 지자체로의 차량 이전과 말소등록이 제한된다.
