모바일 헬스케어 사업은 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 비대면 건강관리 서비스로, 충주 시민(19~64세) 중 건강 위험 요인이 있는 대상자를 우선 선정하며, 건강한 시민도 참여할 수 있다.
