【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청(교육감 윤건영)은 24일, 교육연구정보원에서 <2025. 유‧초등 학교관리자 역량강화 워크숍>을 개최하였다.

초등학교 교장 및 유치원 원장, 교육지원청 및 직속기관 부장, 과장 등  270여 명이 참석하였다.

<섬세한 지원으로 모든 아이의 가능성을 높이다>를 주제로 5대 핵심정책 연계 교육과정 운영 우수사례 나눔, 정책 특강, 유아 쭉쭉습관, 초등 똑똑습관 공연, 핵심 사업 안내 순으로 운영하였다. 

우수사례 나눔시간에는 박화영 탄금초등학교장이 교직원들에게 <학생 교육에 가장 이롭게 하라>를 가장 강조하고 있다며 충북교육의 5대 핵심정책과 연계한 교육과정을 운영한 사례를 공유하며 관리자의 역할을 말했다.

태블릿 PC 기반의 미래교육실 구축, 창의 놀이실과 맘껏 놀이실 구축, 기초학력 전담 교사제 운영, 전교생 학교도서관 이용 과제, 충주시 교육발전특구 공모 사업 운영 등 충북 5대 핵심 정책이 어떻게 탄금초 교육과정에 녹였는지 노하우를 공유했다.

이어, 정책특강에서 서울대학교 김동일 교수는 경계선 지능 학생의 이해와 교육적 지원을 주제로 경계선 지능 학생을 위한 다양한 지원 체제에 대해 고민하고 학습지원 강화 방안을 모색해 보는 시간을 가졌다. 

또한, <아이성장 골든타임 2.0 선포식>에서 선보인 유아쭉쭉 습관 및 초등 똑똑 습관 공연을 통해 충북 도내 모든 유‧초등학교에서 유아, 초등학생의 바른 기초습관 형성의 중요성에 대해 공감하는 계기를 마련하였다. 

마지막으로, 충북교육청의 다양한 정책들을 공유하며 학교 현장에 안착될 수 있도록 안내하였다.
