【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북도는 24일 충북도청 대회의실에서 김영환 지사 주재로 더 나은 삶, 안전한 지역, 더 풍요로운 미래를 위한 2026년도 국비 확보 추진 상황 보고회를 가졌다. 

 이번 보고회는 지난해 12월 신규사업 발굴 보고회와 올해 2월 2차 보고회에 이어 실시된 3번째 국비 확보 추진상황 보고회로 정부예산 편성 순기에 선제적으로 대비하기 위해 마련되었다.

 2026년 국비 확보를 목표로 하는 주요 사업으로 첫째, 도민복지를 위해 △충청북도 일하는 밥퍼 사업 △의료비 후불제 시범사업 △도농 상생형 도시농부 일자리 사업 등을 추진하고, 

 둘째, R&D 및 첨단산업 분야에는 △양자산업 촉진 수요 연계형 실증사업 △AI 자율제조 선도프로젝트 △국가 AI컴퓨팅센터 △대기환경 무인기 One-stop 플랫폼 구축 사업 등을 적극 추진할 계획이며, 

 셋째, 바이오 산업분야에는 △이노랩스 혁신창업 △의료데이터 기반 근골격계 의료기기 실증센터 구축 등을 추진해 도내 주력산업의 경쟁력 제고에 힘쓴다.

 넷째, 지역 균형발전을 위한 SOC 확충을 위해 △청주국제공항 민간항공기 전용 활주로 건설 △중부고속도로(증평~호법) 확장사업 등을 조속히 추진할 계획이며, 

 다섯째, 농림 분야에는 △어린이 관상어 체험관 건립 △과실전문 생산단지 기반조성 △농업용수 개발사업 등을 추진해 국비 확보에 최선을 다할 방침이다.

 충북도는 다음 달부터 기획조정실장 주재 신규사업 사전점검 컨설팅을 통해 사업 논리를 보완하고, 정부 부처 설득에 집중할 계획이다.

 김영환 지사는 “최근 대내외 경제 불확실성이 지속되며, 국가 경제 성장률이 둔화되고 민생 여건이 악화되고 있다”며, “도민의 삶과 직결된 국비 예산을 최대한 확보하여 민생 안정과 경제 위기 극복에 노력해 주길 바란다”고 당부했다.
