【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도가 오는 8월 18일부터 나흘간 추진되는 ‘2026년 을지연습’에 대비해 기관별 준비 실태를 점검하고 완벽한 비상대비태세를 확립하고자 사전 준비보고회를 열었다.

충청북도는 도청 대회의실에서 도 실·국·본부장과 각 시·군 부단체장 등 관계자 100여 명이 집결한 가운데 ‘2026년 을지연습 준비보고회’를 개최했다.

이번 보고회에서는 급변하는 현대 안보 환경과 다변화된 위협 요인을 반영한 2026년 을지연습 세부 시행계획을 공유하고, 유관기관과의 협력 체계 및 부서별 준비상황을 종합적으로 다듬었다.

올해 을지연습은 드론, 사이버 공격, 회색지대 위협 등 최신 안보 변수를 적극 반영하여 국가 위기 관리 능력과 총력전 대응 역량을 실질적으로 다지는데 초점을 맞춘다. 전쟁 이전 단계인 국지도발 상황부터 국가총력전 체제로의 전환까지 단계별 비상대응 절차를 숙달하는 한편, 유관기관 합동으로 현장감 넘치는 실제 훈련과 복합 상황 조치 연습을 강도 높게 펼칠 예정이다.

연습 일정은 8월 11일부터 14일까지 사이버·드론 테러 및 위기 관리를 위한 위기관리연습을 시행하며, 8월 18일부터 21일까지 나흘 동안 주·야간 연속으로 국가총력전 수행을 위한 본연습에 돌입한다. 위기관리연습 기간 중인 8월 12일에는 3분기 충청북도 통합방위회의도 함께 개최될 예정이다.
