【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군 장애인체육회가 제20회 충청북도장애인도민체육대회에 참가하는 선수단에게 양질의 식사를 제공하기 위해 사전 도시락 시식 및 평가회를 열었다.

음성군 장애인체육회는 31일 음성군청 대회의실에서 참가선수단에게 지급될 도시락의 메뉴 구성과 품질, 위생 상태 등을 미리 점검하고 객관적인 의견을 수렴하기 위한 평가 자리를 마련했다.

체육회는 앞서 도시락 공급업체를 선정하고자 8월 11일부터 21일까지 공개모집 공고를 진행했으며, 공고 기간 응모한 업체가 제출한 도시락을 대상으로 이번 시식 및 평가를 실시했다.

이날 행사에는 평가위원 10명이 참여해 업체별 도시락을 직접 시식했다. 위원들은 메뉴 구성과 맛, 간의 적절성, 식재료 및 조리 상태, 구성의 적정성 등을 다각도로 점검했다.

특히 장애인 체육대회에 참가하는 선수단의 신체적 특성과 영양 균형을 고려해 실제 대회 기간 제공하기에 적합한 구성인지를 중점적으로 살폈다.

음성군 장애인체육회는 평가회에서 나온 개선 사항과 의견을 종합 반영해 메뉴와 구성을 보완하고, 대회 기간 위생적이고 만족도 높은 식사가 제공되도록 준비를 이어나갈 방침이다.

체육회 관계자는 선수들이 최상의 기량을 발휘하려면 안정적인 식사 제공이 필수적이라며, 이번 평가회에서 수렴한 의견을 바탕으로 참가선수단이 만족할 수 있는 식단을 선보이겠다고 전했다.

한편 제20회 충청북도장애인도민체육대회는 오는 10월 1일부터 2일까지 이틀간 음성군 일원에서 펼쳐진다.
