단양군은 조직개편을 단행하여 기존 통합돌봄팀을 ‘통합돌봄과’로 한 단계 확대 승격시켰다. 이를 기반으로 대상자 발굴부터 개별 지원계획 수립, 의료·요양·복지 서비스의 일괄 연계까지 연결되는 촘촘한 맞춤형 통합돌봄 체계를 본격적으로 가동하고 있다.
