이번 평가에서 괴산군의 '잉어수 하수관로'가 2025년도 기술진단 완료시설 부문 최우수 시설로 최종 이름을 올렸다. 괴산군은 지난해 '수리 하수관로'에 이어 2년 연속 최우수 타이틀을 유지하며 전국 최고 수준의 하수도 관리 및 운영 능력을 입증했다.
