교육부와 함께하는 초등학습안전망 공감콘서트 개최

브레이크뉴스 충북임창용 기자=충청북도교육청(교육감 김병우)은 초등저학년 학습안전망을 운영하고 있다. 기초학력부터 자기주도성까지 책임 있는 학습안전망 운영을 위해 수업 내- 학교 안- 학교 밖’ 3단계 맞춤형 성장지원 체제를 구축했다.

 

초기학습결손 예방을 위해 1학년 한글, 2학년 기초수학 집중지원학년제를 운영하고 학교 내 맞춤영 지원을 위해 정서, 관계, 상담 등을 지원하는 다중지원팀을 운영하는 등 학교 내 다양한 프로그램을 통해 초등 저학년 학생들의 학교 내 적응활동을 돕고 있다.

 

이와 같은 내용은 6일 오후 2시 충청북도교육연구정보원 시청각실에서 개최된 초등학습안전망 공감콘서트에서 나온 내용이다.

 

이 콘서트는 초등 저학년 학습안정망과 한글교육 관련 교육정책 토크콘서트로, ‘기초튼튼, 마음탄탄, 우리아이 첫걸음이라는 주제로 열렸다.

 

콘서트에는 학부모, 교육청, 교육부 관계자 등 온라인 화상시스템(Zoom) 40명과 오프라인으로 60명이 함께 참여했다.

 

샌드아트 기획 공연으로 시작된 이번 콘서트는 초등학습안전망 관련 교육정책 소개, 명사 특강, 전문가 패널과 학부모가 함께하는 정책톡톡 토크콘서트 등으로 구성됐다.

 

명사 특강은 '차이나는 클라스'에서 코로나 시대, 교육의 진화라는 주제로 강연했던 서울대학교 장대익 교수가 '펜데믹 시대, 자녀교육을 말한다'라는 주제로 행복한 아이로 키우는 학부모의 역할에 대해 강의했다.

 

정책 톡톡, 토크 콘서트는 행사 참여 학부모의 사전질문과 온라인 채팅방에서의 현장질문 등을 모아, 저학년 학부모의 궁금증과 관련된 질문과 전문가 패널의 응답으로 진행했다.

 

전문가 패널은 김병우 교육감, 함영기 교육부 교육과정정책관, 장대익 서울대 교수, 김종원 성화초 교사가 참여해 전문분야별로 의견을 교환했다.

 

아울러 충북교육청이 추진하고 있는 한글책임교육과 놀이중심 교육과정 운영, 초등저학년 학생 학교적응 지원 및 두드림학교, 학습종합클리닉센터 등 초등 학습안전망 관련 정책들도 상세히 안내했다.

 

이번 행사는 교육부와 국가평생교육진흥원도 함께 해 초등 학습안전망과 관련한 교육부 차원의 다양한 정책 소개와 학부모 의견수렴, 똑똑 수학탐험대 체험 등도 안내했다.

 

도교육청 관계자는 학교는 학생의 배움이 즐거운 곳이 되어야 한다, 기초학력을 바탕으로 상상력과 도전, 성취감을 키울 수 있는 초등학습안전망을 꼼꼼히 운영하겠다고 말했다.

These contents came from the elementary learning safety net sympathy concert held in the audiovisual room of the Chungcheongbuk-do Education Research Information Center at 2 pm on the 6th.

 

This concert was held as a talk concert on the education policy related to the learning stability net and Korean language education for the lower grades, and was held under the theme of ‘Sturdy basics, strong mind, the first step for my child.’

 

At the concert, 40 people from the online video system (Zoom), including parents, the Office of Education, and officials from the Ministry of Education, participated together with 60 people offline.

 

This concert, which started as a Sand Art performance, consisted of an introduction to education policies related to the elementary school safety net, a special lecture on celebrities, and a policy talk talk concert with a panel of experts and parents.

 

Professor Jang Dae-ik of Seoul National University, who gave a lecture on the subject of'Corona Era, Evolution of Education' in'China is a Class', lectures on the role of parents raising happy children under the theme of'Pendemic Era, Children's Education'. did.

 

Policy Talk Talk and Talk Concert were conducted by gathering prior questions from parents participating in the event and on-site questions from online chat rooms, and responding to questions related to the curiosity of parents of lower grades and expert panels.

 

The expert panel was attended by Superintendent Byeong-woo Kim, Curriculum Policy Officer Ham Young-ki, Seoul National University Professor Jang Dae-ik, and Seonghwa Elementary Teacher Kim Jong-won to exchange opinions by field of expertise.

 

In addition, it also provided detailed guidance on policies related to elementary school safety nets such as responsible Korean language education and play-centered curriculum operation, support for school adaptation for lower elementary school students, and Dodream School and the Learning Comprehensive Clinic Center promoted by the Chungbuk Office of Education.

 

This event, together with the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education, introduced various policies related to the education safety net at the level of the Ministry of Education, collected parents' opinions, and introduced a smart math expedition experience.

 

An official from the Provincial Office of Education said, "School should be a place where students can learn," he said. "We will meticulously operate an elementary learning safety net that can develop imagination, challenges, and a sense of accomplishment based on basic academic ability."
