충북에서 민주당은 청주상당 이강일 후보, 청주흥덕 이연희 후보, 청주청원 송재봉 후보, 증평진천음성 임호선 후보, 청주서원 이광희 후보가 당선됐다. 국민의힘은 충주 이종배 후보, 제천단양 엄태영 후보, 보은옥천영동괴산 박덕흠 후보가 당선됐다. 

11일 오전 6시 기준, 전국 개표율 99.73% 상황에서 민주당은 경상도와 강원 일부지역을 제외하고 대부분 압승을 거두었다. 특히, 수도권에서 강남 3구를 제외하고 대부분 승리했다. 이로써 민주당이 156석, 국민의힘 90석, 새로운미래 1석, 개혁신당 1석, 진보당 1석을 각각 차지했다. 

반면, 전국비례대표에서 국민의미래는 후보 16명을 당선시켰다. 이어 더불어민주연합 11명, 조국혁신당 10명, 개혁신당 1명이다. 하지만 민주당 색체인 조국혁신당과 민주연합을 더하면 야권은 21명으로 압도적이다.

한편, 지난 10일 선거관리위원회 발표에 따르면 이번 22대 총선의 투표율은 67%로 21대 선거 66.2%보다 0.8%p 높았다.
