특히, 기동순찰대 발대 후 전년 동기간(2. 22.~4. 18.) 대비 청주권 내 폭력범죄는 495건에서 390건(21.2%), 스토킹 범죄는 35건에서 24건(31.4%)으로 감소하는 효과를 나타냈다. 

범죄예방 순찰 중 수배자 검거 72건, 경범죄 등 기초질서사범 369건, 형사사건 41건을 단속, 처리하였다.

또한, 봄철 벚꽃축제 기간 중 다중인파 밀집장소 대상 가시적 순찰 등 시기·상황별 범죄예방을 위해 총 13회에 걸쳐 기동순찰대 228명의 경력을 적극적으로 지원하였다.
