【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천교육지원청(교육장 강성권) 충북학습종합클리닉센터 제천거점은 이달 3일부터 28일까지 제천·단양 지역 내 20개교 73명의 학생을 대상으로 맞춤형 학습코칭 프로그램을 운영한다.

이번 프로그램은 학습지원대상 학생들의 학습결손을 예방하고 학습 연속성을 유지하는 데 초점을 맞춰, 개별 맞춤형 학습 지원을 제공한다. 특히, △한글 미해득 학생 지원 △기초학습 및 읽기 곤란 학생 지원, 느린 학습자 지원, 언어발달 지연 학생 맞춤 지원 심리·정서 지원을 통한 학습 동기 강화 등의 영역에서 개별코칭 및 집단코칭 방식으로 진행된다. 

 충북학습종합클리닉센터는 다양한 요인으로 학습에 어려움을 겪고 있는 학생 중 기존의 기초학력 안전망(1단계·2단계)으로도 충분한 학습 지원이 어려운 학생을 대상으로 맞춤형 지원을 제공하고 있다. 

 제천거점의 경우, 제천·단양 지역의 초·중학교를 대상으로 △학교로 찾아가는 방과후 학습코칭 △수업 내 협력코칭 △전문 심리치료기관 연계 서비스 등을 운영하며 ‘꿈을 향한 동행, 지속가능 제천교육’이라는 비전 실현을 위해 힘쓰고 있다.

강성권 교육장은 “이번 학습코칭 프로그램을 통해 학생들이 학습에 대한 자신감을 회복하고 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
