  조직위는 지난 24일 정영철 영동군수(엑스포 공동조직위원장)와 엑스포 홍보대사인 김다현이 300만 원 상당의 입장권 구매 약정을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

  이날 김다현은 4월 1일 개시되는 엑스포 사전예매 일정에 맞춰 사전예매 입장권 1호 구매자가 될 것을 약정했으며, 구매한 입장권은 기부하는 나눔으로 의미를 더하기로 했다.

  정영철 영동군수는 “엑스포의 성공개최에 큰 힘을 실어준 김다현에게 고맙다”라며 “오늘을 계기로 전국 기관·단체·기업 등에서 입장권 구매 릴레이가 이어질 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

  이에 김다현은 “홍보대사로서 문화생활을 누리기 어려운 소외계층이 다양한 문화체험을 경험하길 바라는 마음에서 기부에 동참했다”며, “엑스포 개최를 널리 알리기 위해 활발한 홍보 활동을 펼치겠다”고 밝혔다.
