이동옥 충청북도지사 권한대행은 28일 창신초등학교에 마련된 모의 사전투표소를 직접 방문해 사전투표 운영장비, 선거용 통신망 등 제반 시설물을 확인하고 투표소 내 각종 위험요인을 점검했다.

이날 현장에서는 사전투표관리관과 투표사무원들이 입회한 가운데 투표 개시부터 마감까지 실제 투표 과정과 동일한 방식으로 모의시험이 진행됐다. 도는 이를 통해 사전투표 기간 동안 발생할 수 있는 시스템 오류나 혼선을 예방하고 원활한 투표 환경을 조성하는 데 행정력을 집중했다.
