【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군보건소가 6월 1일 보건소장실에서 사회적협동조합 행복해져라 옥천지점과 지역사회 장애인의 건강증진 및 자립지원을 위한 「지역사회중심 재활사업 연계·협력 업무협약」을 체결했다.

이번 협약은 지역사회 장애인의 건강관리와 안정적인 자립생활 지원을 위해 보건과 복지를 아우르는 협력체계를 구축하고, 관련 재활사업을 효율적으로 추진하고자 마련됐다.

양 기관은 이번 협약을 바탕으로 장애인 건강증진 및 건강관리 지원, 보건·복지 서비스 연계 지원, 지역사회 자원 연계 및 정보 공유, 건강교육 및 장애 인식 개선 프로그램 운영 등 다양한 분야에서 상호 협력을 이어갈 방침이다. 이를 통해 지역 내 장애인의 건강관리 사각지대를 줄이고 통합적 지원체계를 강화함으로써, 장애인의 삶의 질 향상과 지역사회 참여 확대에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

박성희 옥천군보건소장은 이번 협약으로 지역사회 장애인에게 보다 체계적이고 지속적인 건강·복지 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다며, 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 군민 건강증진과 장애 친화적 환경을 조성하는 데 힘쓰겠다고 밝혔다.
