【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군 농업기술센터가 노인복지관 어르신들과 관내 청소년들의 정서적 안정과 건강 증진을 위해 ‘치유농업 유관기관 연계 활성화 사업’을 오는 7월까지 추진한다.  

이번 사업은 농업 활동을 통해 사회적 약자의 신체적·정서적 회복을 돕고, 지역 치유농장에는 지속 가능한 성장 동력을 제공하기 위해 마련됐다. 참여자 258명은 관내 치유·체험농장 4개소에서 정서 교감과 농촌 체험을 아우르는 맞춤형 프로그램에 참여하게 된다.  

각 농장별로 특색 있는 프로그램이 진행된다. 풋내로하스 농장에서는 지난달 7일부터 28일까지 총 5회에 걸쳐 꽃차 만들기와 관내 자생식물원 탐방 등의 치유 체험을 마쳤으며, 전체 21회 일정 중 현재까지 11회가 원만히 진행됐다.  

이어 체로키승마스쿨에서는 말과의 교감을 통해 신체 균형을 잡는 재활승마 프로그램이 6월 25일까지 이어지며, 미술가의 농원은 6월 9일 11명을 대상으로 도자기 페인팅과 미술전시 감상 프로그램을 실시한다. 마지막으로 푸르미농장은 6월 15일부터 7월 2일까지 총 3회 동안 50명의 참가자와 함께 감자캐기, 농기계 관람, 수박시설하우스 견학 등 농촌 체험 프로그램을 진행할 계획이다.  

군 농업기술센터 관계자는 이번 연계 활성화 사업을 통해 고령층 어르신들과 학업에 집중하는 청소년들에게 정서적 안정과 신체적 활력을 제공하고자 한다고 밝혔다. 또한 앞으로도 유관기관과의 지속적인 협력을 바탕으로 관내 치유농업 기반을 공고히 하고 군민을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 확대해 나가겠다고 덧붙였다.
