【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 충주시가 급변하는 교육 트렌드에 발맞춰 지역 평생교육의 경쟁력을 높이고 강사들의 전문성을 강화하기 위한 특별한 교육 과정을 마련했다.

충주시는 지역 평생학습 현장과 유관 기관에서 활약하고 있는 강사들을 대상으로 ‘2026년 상반기 평생학습 강사 역량강화 교육’을 개설하고, 오는 6월 9일부터 17일까지 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 디지털 기술의 발전과 교육 환경의 변화에 강사들이 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 기획됐다. 단순한 이론 교육에서 벗어나 강의 현장에서 즉각적으로 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심의 핵심 역량을 키우는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

주요 교육 과정으로는 최신 기술을 접목한 ‘AI GPT를 활용한 평생학습 강사 업무 효율화 실무’가 진행되어 강사들의 디지털 역량을 한층 끌어올릴 예정이다. 이와 함께 학습자와의 정서적 유대를 돕는 ‘건강한 관계 파트너링 교육과정’도 마련되어 소통과 관계 형성 역량을 대폭 강화할 것으로 보인다.

특히 충주시는 평일에 강의와 생업으로 시간을 내기 어려운 현직 강사들의 여건을 적극 반영해 교육 일정을 주말인 6월 30일 토요일로 편성했다. 교육은 충주시청 평생학습관 중회의실에서 진행된다.
